New Year's Absolution

Ingredients:

2 barspoon Honey
1 fluid ounce La Fe Parisienne Absinthe
1 fluid ounce Apple Juice (Cloudy and unsweetened)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

How to make:

Stir honey with absinthe in base of shaker until honey dissolves.
Add apple juice, shake with ice and strain into ice filled glass. 
Top with ginger ale and stir.

Electric Smurf

Ingredients:

3 cl Malibu Coconut Rum
3 cl Blue Curacao Liqueur
Pineapple Juice
Sprite

Mixture:

Pour Malibu and Blue Curacao over ice in a hurricane glass.
Fill the glass with equal parts Pineapple Juice and Sprite.
Stir and serve.

Polar Bear Shot

Ingredients:

3/4 ounce White Creme de Cacao
3/4 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
(or white creme de menthe)

Instructions:

Add Creme de Cacao and Peppermint Schnapps to a cocktail shaker with ice.

Very Cherry Christmas drink

Ingredients:

2 ounces Cherry Vodka
1/2 ounce Baileys
1/2 ounce Chocolate Liqueur
Splash of Cream
Chocolate Syrup

Instructions:

Fill a shaker with ice.
Pour in the vodka, Baileys, chocolate liqueur, and cream.
Shake well until chilled.
Optionally, drizzle a chilled martini glass with chocolate syrup.
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
Garnish with cherries on the skewer.

1 ounce bourbon

Ground Nutmeg Garnish

Instructions:

Winterberry Cocktail

Ingredients:

4 ounces cranberry juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon of agave nectar
One 3-inch strip orange zest plus more
4 ounces Mandarin vodka, optional
2 ounces elderflower liqueur, optional
3 ounces ginger beer or ginger ale

Directions:

Combine the cranberry juice, lime juice, agave and orange zest in a cocktail shaker.  Add the vodka and elderflower liqueur if using, and two cups of ice, then shake for 10 seconds. Strain into two or four - 6 ounce martini glasses and finish each with ginger beer and an orange twist.

16-ounce vodka (any brand)

4-5 peppermint candies

Instructions:

Pour the vodka in the jar (as many as you want to make)

Seal the jar and leave overnight to make a refreshing homemade peppermint vodka.

Ingredients:

12 oz. Aperol
12 oz. Cranberry Juice Cocktail
Juice of 1/2 ounce
20 oz. Prosecco
Ice

Fresh cranberries, orange slices and rosemary sprigs

Directions:

Step 1- In a pitcher, combine Aperol, cranberry juice, and orange juice. 
Pour in Prosecco and stir to combine.
Step 2- Fill wine glasses with ice and pour in spritz.
Top each with cranberries, an orange slice, and a rosemary sprig.
