2 barspoon Honey
1 fluid ounce La Fe Parisienne Absinthe
1 fluid ounce Apple Juice (Cloudy and unsweetened)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
How to make:
Stir honey with absinthe in base of shaker until honey dissolves.
Add apple juice, shake with ice and strain into ice filled glass.
Top with ginger ale and stir.
