1 1/2 oz. Brandy

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Splash of Grenadine

No garnish

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Ingredients:

4 cl Vodka
5 cl Orange Juice
5 cl Sprite

Mixture:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour all ingredients over the ice.
Stir and serve.

Black Cat Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
Lime twist for garnish

Fill a shaker halfway with ice.  Add curacao, vodka and lime juice.  

Shake until mixed well. Add soda and stir. Pour cranberry juice into a tall glass.  Over the back of a spoon, gently strain the mixed ingredients over the cranberry juice, being careful not to completely mix the two for presentation.  Serve with a cocktail stirrer and a lime twist for garnish.  Cheers!

Almond Iced Tea

The Almond Iced Tea is a relaxing tea made from Beefeater 24 Gin, Green Tea, Orgeat Syrup, Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice and served over ice in a highball glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Gin (Beefeater 24)
3/4 oz. Orgeat Syrup 
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Tea: Sencha

Garnish: Lemon

Directions:

Shake gin, orgeat syrup, simple syrup and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with Sencha tea.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
