101 Sherbert

Ingredients:

1 oz. Spiced Rum (Admiral Nelson's 101-proof)
3 oz. Orange Juice 
1 orange slice for garnish
Rocks glass

Directions:

Shake 100-proof rum and orange juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
Garnish with an orange slice.

Summer Hummer

Ingredients:

2 ounces lime vodka
2 ounces lemonade
4 ounces lemon-lime carbonated beverage
5 ice cubes
1 lemon wedge

Place the ice in a tall glass.  

Pour in the vodka, lemonade, and lemon lime beverage
Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Fourth of July cocktail

Ingredients:

1 part Grenadine
1-part Blue Curacao
1 part Cream or Vodka

Instructions:

Fill a shot glass 1/3 of the way with grenadine.
Put a spoon in the glass and pour the Blue Curacao over the back of it.
With the spoon, pour cream or vodka over the back of it to make the top layer.

Blueberry Mojito

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh blueberries
4 ounces rum
10 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp sugar
Juice of two limes
6 ounces club soda
Ice

Directions:

Blend blueberries until smooth and set aside.
Use a muddler or wooden spoon and blend the mint leaves and sugar to the blueberry mixture. 
Stir in rum, lime juice and blueberry mixture together.
Pour into glasses and add club soda and ice.
Garnish with extra blueberries and/or mint.  

Serve and enjoy.  Serves: 2

Summer Cosmo

Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz. Vodka (Effen)
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Cranberry Juice (Ocean Spray)
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
1 wedge lime for garnish

Directions:

Shake vodka, Cointreau orange liqueur, cranberry juice and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pablo Cruise - I Go to Rio

 

Green Angel

Ingredients:

1 cl Coconut Rum
1 cl Peach Schnapps
1 cl Pisang Ambon
8 cl or splash Lemonade
Splash of lime soda (Sprite)
Ice Cubes

1 drop blue food coloring

Directions:

Blend pisang ambon, peach schnapps, malibu and lemonade, squash together in a blender. Put ice cubes in a Collins glass and pour the mix over.
Fill up with sprite and add drop of the blue syrup.  Stir and serve in a Collins glass.
