Apple Brandy and Cider

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh apple cider 

4 ounces (1/2 cup) apple brandy (preferably Applejack)

1 ounce (2 tablespoons) dry vermouth

A few dashes bitters. 

Orange twists for garnish, 

Directions:

Combine apple cider with apple brandy, dry vermouth, and bitters.
Divide between 2 ice-filled glasses, and garnish each with an orange twist.

Classic Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 oz. Brandy

1 1/2 tsp. Curacao

1 1/2 tsp. Maraschino Liqueur

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Prepare an old-fashioned glass by rubbing a slice of lemon around the rim and dipping it into powdered sugar. Shake with ice and strain ingredients into the prepared glass.

Autumn Harvest Latte

Ingredients:

1/4 oz. Monin Hazelnut Syrup
1/4 oz. Monin Caramel Syrup

1 shot Espresso
Fill with steamed milk

Instructions:

Combine ingredients except milk in serving cup
Stir and set aside
Steam milk in pitcher 
Pour steamed milk into serving cup stirring gently.
Garnish

Ingredients:

Ice Cubes
1 part Absolut Vodka
1/2-part Yellow Chartreuse
1 whole Maraschino Berry

How to make:

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients.
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. 
Garnish with a maraschino berry.

Ingredients:

1 oz. light rum
2 oz. coconut rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 handful of ice
pineapple juice
pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Directions:

Combine both rums and blue curacao in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake, then pour into a cocktail glass.
Fill the rest of the glass with pineapple juice. 
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
