Amaretto Eggnog

Ingredients:

1 - 2 oz. Amaretto

6 - 8 oz. Eggnog

Instructions:

Add ice to a glass, pour in eggnog and amaretto. 

Stir together. Garnish with nutmeg if desired.

Ingredients:

1 ounce of gin

1 ounce of Campari

1 ounce of sweet vermouth

Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.  Pour gin, Campari, and sweet red vermouth into the glass. Stir the drink.

2 oz. TY KU Sake

4 slices of cucumber

Instructions:

Shake sake and 4 cucumber slices hard with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over ice.

Adult Hot Chocolate

 

Ingredients:

2 ounces peppermint schnapps

6 - 8 ounces hot chocolate

(prepared according to package directions)

whipped cream, for garnish and to taste.

Directions:

In a warm mug or Irish coffee glass, add peppermint schnapps.  Add the hot chocolate to the peppermint schnapps and stir well. Top with the whipped cream and garnish with chocolate.  Serve.

Double Razz Grape Martini

Ingredients:

1 oz. Grape Schnapps
1/2 oz. Raspberry Schnapps
1/4 oz. Raspberry Vodka
Splash Lemon Lime Soda

Directions:

Shake grape schnapps, raspberry schnapps and raspberry vodka with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with a splash of lemon-lime soda.
