Citrus Grove Martini

2 oz. white rum

0.75 oz. dry vermouth

0.25 fresh lime juice

0.25 fresh grapefruit juice

0.25 simple syrup

Serve in a martini glass, garnish with peel twist and thyme sprig.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds

Double strain into a martini glass.

The Flaming Lips - It's Summertime

Honey Deuce

 

Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz. Vodka (Grey Goose), (1 shot)

3 oz. Lemonade, (2 shots)

1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur (Chambord)
Ice, preferably crushed
Honeydew melon balls, chilled or frozen

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice, add vodka
Top with lemonade and raspberry liqueur
Garnish with honeydew melon balls. (As a substitute, you can garnish with lemon wedges or raspberries).
Serve and enjoy!

Paloma

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Tequila
1/4 cup club soda
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1 tsp. sugar
Kosher salt

Pour kosher salt on a plate. Rub the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge and dip the rim in salt. Combine 1/4 cup grapefruit juice, 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice and 1 tsp. sugar in glass. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in 1/4 cup tequila, add ice and top off with 1/4 cup club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Coconut Rum

Fill Cranberry juice

One lime wedge.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Brandy

5 oz. White Creme de Menthe

Instructions:

In a shaker glass with ice pour in creme de menthe and brandy.

Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Mandrin Summer Crush

Ingredients:

1 oz.  Absolut Mandrin Vodka
1 oz. Absolut Citron Vodka
Triple Sec
Orange Juice (Fresh)
Lime Juice (Fresh)

Instructions:

Mix ingredients together in a shaker with ice.
Serve straight up in a martini glass.

Fourth of July cocktail

1 oz. blue curacao
1 oz. peach schnapps
1 oz. clear rum
3-4 oz. club soda
1 maraschino cherry

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill it.
In a shaker, combine the blue curacao, peach schnapps, and clear rum.
Shake well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Gently pour the club soda over the mix to top off the drink.
Stir lightly to combine.
Add a maraschino cherry on top for a festive touch.
