Absolut Lightness

Ingredients:

1 part Absolut Citron Vodka
1 part Strega
1 part Crème de Banane
1 part Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a well chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel and a cherry.

Moon Mountain Mother Earth Nectar

Ingredients:

11/2 oz. Moon Mountain Vodka
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
4 slices Cucumber
3 sprigs Mint

Instructions:

Add the cucumber and mint to a cocktail shaker and muddle to release flavors.  Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add Moon Mountain Vodka, lime juice, and agave syrup.  Shake vigorously and strain into an old fashioned glass.  Garnish with a slice of cucumber and mint sprig.

Creamsicle Shake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Vodka (Whipped Cream)
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
2 cups ice cubes

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Lillet Blanc on ice

Keep it simple for Bastille Day on July 14th with two stylish cocktails made with Lillet, France's favourite wine aperitif.  Try it neat over ice or add lemonade to the red variety, et voila, a French twist on the British Pimm's.

50 ml chilled Lillet Blanc

Method:

Pour over ice for an aperitif as they do in France or add sparkling mineral water for a Lillet Blanc Spritzer.







Lillet Rouge Cup

50 ml Lillet Rouge
Lemonade
Wedges of orange and summer fruits

Method:

Fill a glass with cubed ice, pour over the Lillet Rouge, top up with lemonade and add fruit.
