Nightmare

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Madeira*
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
Splash of Orange juice
No garnish

*Madeira is a fortified wine made in the Madeira Islands.

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

1/2 oz. Vanilla Schnapps
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Orange Juice
Cream/Half & Half
No Garnish

Instructions:

Pour amaretto, vanilla schnapps and triple sec into a glass with ice.
Fill with equal parts of orange juice and cream or half and half.

1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Cognac
3 oz. Orange Juice
Ginger Ale to fill

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add gin, triple sec, cognac and orange juice
Stir well. Fill with ginger ale and stir gently.
