Moontini

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
3/4 oz. Orange Juice
Orange slice or orange rind

Instructions:

Mix in a shaker. Mix well. 
Strain and serve straight-up in chilled martini glass.

1 tbsp. Light Cream

Level Peppermintini

Ingredients:

2 parts Level Vodka
1 part Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 part Kahlua
1 part Frangelico 
1 squirt Expresso

Instructions:  
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve up.
Garnish with a mini candy cane.

The Cure - Winter

 

Hennessy Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. brandy (Hennessy V.S. Cognac)
3/4 oz. spiced syrup
3 drops vanilla extract
5 ounces hot chocolate
1 oz. heavy cream
Garnish: nutmeg
Garnish: dark chocolate (grated)

Steps to make it:

In an Irish coffee glass or coffee mug, pour the brandy, spiced syrup, vanilla extract, and hot chocolate. 
Stir well. 
Layer the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with grated nutmeg and chocolate.  Serve and enjoy.

Mardi Gras Kiss

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Brugal Anejo Rum
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Steps:
In a shaker with ice, combine ingredients, 
shake well and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
