Summer Lemonade

The Summer Lemonade is a refreshing summertime lemonade made from Beefeater gin, lemonade and lemon slice, and served over ice in a highball glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Gin
Lemonade
Slice of Lemon

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add gin, and fill with lemonade and stir.
Garnish with a lemon slice.

Ingredients:

4 oz. Malibu Rum

2 1/2 oz. Vodka

Strawberry Daiquiri Mix

Instructions:

Blend the alcohol with 10 cubes, then add the strawberry mix and blend again until the ice is crushed.

Pour in 5 cocktail glasses.

Fruit Tingle

Ingredients:

90 millimeters Lemonade
30 millimeters Blue Curacao
1 Dash Raspberry Cordial
30 millimeters Vodka

Instructions:

Fill a hurricane or hi ball glass with ice.
Add the vodka, blue curacao & lemonade, then give it a light stir.
Pour a small dash of raspberry cordial on top.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry.

Catalina cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz. Vodka

3 oz. Club Soda

1 splash Cranberry Juice

1 slice lime

Fill glass with ice. Pour in vodka and fill with club soda. 

Add a splash of cranberry juice just to make it pink and garnish with lime.

Ingredients:

40 ml grapefruit
Belvedere Vodka
10 ml Cointreau
10 ml Agave Syrup
20 ml passionfruit
20 ml lime juice

Method:

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously to chill.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Fill the remaining gap into your glass with pineapple foam and garnish (Optional)
