Ingredients:

1 oz. Honey Vodka
1 oz. tbsp. Triple Sec - orange liqueur
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
3 slices of cucumber
2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Directions:

Muddle the cucumber slices and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, honey vodka, triple sec and bitters and shake vigorously.  
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cucumber slice.

Ingredients:

2 parts Hornitos Plata Tequila
1 part Grapefruit-Sage Syrup (See editor's note)
1 part Lime Juice
3 dashes grapefruit bitters
1 part soda, to top   
20 Sage leaves

Add all ingredients except water and sage leaves to a shaking tin.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain over ice into a Collins glass.
Top with soda and garnish with a sprig of fresh Sage.

Lakka Cafe Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Cloudberry Liqueur (Chymos Lakka)
3 oz. Coffee - chilled
1 oz. Light Cream
3-4 coffee beans for garnish    

Directions:

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled wine glass.
Garnish with a few coffee beans and serve.

Peace Cocktail

3/4 oz. Aperol

3/4 oz. French Amer
3/4 oz. Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Japanese Whiskey
St. Germaine-scented chrysanthemum 

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir for a minute.
Strain into a stemless rocks glass or stemless wine glass to catch the aroma. 
Garnish with an edible flower such as a chrysanthemum, marigold, or dianthus spritzed with St. Germain. 
Gently float in glass.
