Ingredients:
2 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Light Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Blend with a cup of ice and pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with 2 apple wedges.
