1 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Dash of simple syrup (optional)
Dash of bitters
1 slice of lime (optional)
Chill a martini glass by letting ice water sit in the glass for a minute or two.
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice.
After emptying the ice water, strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with lime and enjoy.
