Ingredients:
4 oz. boiling water
2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 Tea Bag
Lemon Twist
Instructions:
Pour boiling water into a medium to large brandy snifter.
Add Grand Marnier. Run the lemon twist around the glass rim, then drop into liquid.
Place the tea bag into snifter. Serve.
