Bee's Knees

The Bee's Knees cocktail is made from Stoli Sticki honey vodka, lemon juice and honey, and served in a chilled cocktail (or martini) glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Honey Vodka (Stoli Sticki)
1 tbs. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Honey
Garnish:  Lemon
Glass: Cocktail glass




Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Rainy Day Marly

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Vodka
Fill with orange juice
1.5 oz. Triple Sec Liqueur
1.5 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum

Mix all ingredients into a highball glass. Make sure orange juice is ice cold before making.  You can serve on ice, or without.

English Rose Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
3/4 oz. Vermouth (Dry)
Splash of Grenadine
Splash of Lemon Juice
Garnish: Cherry

Instructions:

Rub the rim of a chilled martini glass with a lemon and dip it into sugar.  Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into the martini.  Happy St. George's Day.

Blue Sea Martini

This delicious concoction gets its beautiful color from the addition of the blue curacao.  Although this may look like the beautiful blue ocean, it certainly doesn't taste like it (thankfully) and instead tastes like a tropical island vacation.

1 1/2 ounces Lemon Vodka

1 ounce Blue Curacao

1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice

1/4 cup light white cranberry juice

lime and lemon for garnish

Mix all of the ingredients in a chilled drink mixer filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously.  

Strain into two chilled martini glasses and garnish with the lemon and lime or your favorite fruit.

Red Lion

Red Lion Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

2 parts Gin
2 parts Orange Liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Mariner...)
1 part Orange Juice
1 part Lemon Juice

Use a "Shaker" for Red Lion drink recipe

Shake and strain into a highball glass 

Moisten rim with water or juice, dip in caster sugar, and serve.

Serve in highball glass, no garnish

(What's caster sugar?  It is also known as superfine sugar.)

Sterolab - French Disko

Brandy Crusta Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz. Brandy
1 tsp. Orange Curacao Liqueur
1/2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Dash Bitters (Angostura, Campari, Amer Picon,...)

Slice a lemon in half.  Rub the rim of the Collins glass and dip into sugar to coat the edge.
Pare the circumference of each lemon's peel and add to the glass.
Shake brandy, lemon juice, orange liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with crushed ice and strain into the Collins glass.
Add an orange slice. Serve in a Collins glass.  No garnish.
