English Rose Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
3/4 oz. Vermouth (Dry)
Splash of Grenadine
Splash of Lemon Juice
Garnish: Cherry

Instructions:

Rub the rim of a chilled martini glass with a lemon and dip it into sugar.  Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into the martini.  Happy St. George's Day.
