Endless Summer

Ingredients:

1 ounce gin, (preferably City of London)
3/4 ounce Campari
3/4 ounce Dolin Sweet Vermouth
1 ounce pineapple juice

Directions:

In a large shaking tin, add all ingredients. Add ice, and shake well.
Fine strain into a Collins glass over ice.

Rebecca's Rockin Vodka

Ingredients:

1/2-ounce fluid can frozen raspberry lemondade concentrate.

12 fluid ounces vodka

1 lime

Directions:

In a gallon pitcher prepare the lemonade concentrate according to package instructions, replacing one can of water with the vodka. Squeeze juice from one lime into mixture. Pour over ice and serve.

King's Summer Cup

Ingredients:

1 oz. Ginger Liqueur (The King's Ginger)
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
3 oz. Lemonade
Lemon slices
Strawberry sliced.

Directions:

Add ice and lemon slices to a highball glass.
Add cranberry juice, The King's Ginger liqueur and lemonade and stir gently.
Top with strawberry slices.

Summer Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Gin (Beefeater)
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
Club Soda
Slice of grapefruit

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add gin and grapefruit juice and stir.
Fill with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Bananarama - Cruel Summer

 

The Summer Fling

Ingredients:

2 oz. Junipero Gin
4 oz. Tonic Water
4 kiwi berries, halved
1/2 tsp pink peppercorns

Combine gin and kiwi berries in a glass and muddle lightly.
Fill with ice and top with tonic water.  Sprinkle in peppercorns.
Stir gently.  Garnish with more kiwi berries and/or edible flowers.

Beach Blossom Rum Cocktail

The Beach Blossom is a tropical rum cocktail made with guava, pineapple and coconut.

Ingredients:

2 ounces White Rum
1 1/2 ounces Lemon Juice 
3/4 ounce Cream of Coconut
1/2-ounce Guava Syrup

1/2-ounce Pineapple juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it 3/4 with ice.

Shake until chilled, then strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. 

Garnish with pineapple leaves and an edible flower (if desired).
