Shire Flower

Ingredients:

3 oz. Purity vodka

3/8 oz. Elderflower liqueur

3/8 oz. lemon juice

1 bar spoon apricot reserves

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until ice cold. 

Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with small white flowers (optional).

Citrus Martinis

Ingredients (5)

3 cups (750 ml) chilled lemon vodka

1/4 cup (60 ml) Grand Marnier or orange liqueur

1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lime juice

Crushed ice

Orange peel, to serve

Method:

Place the vodka, Grand Marnier, lime juice and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until well combined. Strain evenly among serving glasses.  Serve immediately with orange peel, if desired.

Pour 4 oz. (1/2 cup) chilled brut champagne into a coupe glass or flute. 

Top with 2 1/2 tbsp. cranberry juice.

Garnish with cranberries.

Aperol Spritz

Fill a wine glass with ice; pour in 2 oz. (1/4 cup) of chilled prosecco (dry Italian sparkling wine) and one splash seltzer water.  Top with 1.5 oz. (3 tbsp.) Aperol or other bitter orange aperitif. Garnish with an orange slice.

New Year's Absolution

Ingredients:

2 barspoon Honey
1 fluid ounce La Fe Parisienne Absinthe
1 fluid ounce Apple Juice (Cloudy and unsweetened)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

How to make:

Stir honey with absinthe in base of shaker until honey dissolves.
Add apple juice, shake with ice and strain into ice filled glass. 
Top with ginger ale and stir.

Electric Smurf

Ingredients:

3 cl Malibu Coconut Rum
3 cl Blue Curacao Liqueur
Pineapple Juice
Sprite

Mixture:

Pour Malibu and Blue Curacao over ice in a hurricane glass.
Fill the glass with equal parts Pineapple Juice and Sprite.
Stir and serve.
