1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 cherry
1 pineapple
1 cup of ice
Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Blend. Pour into a highball glass. Add a cherry and pineapple to garnish.
Mad Men version. Another version is shaken and not blended.
Should go into a Highball or Collins glass.
Drinks with a blue color look so appealing.
