Ingredients:
1 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
1/2 cup Melon - Cantelope
2/3 oz. White Rum
1 tbsp. Simple Syrup
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 cup ice - crushed
Garnish: Melon
Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor or blender.
Pour into chilled champagne sauce, Margarita glass or cocktail glass.
Garnish with a melon wedge.
