Ingredients
2 oz. Gin
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
1 sprig of Rosemary
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake, then double strain into large coupe glass.

This simple, tasty cocktail blends the honeydew flavor of
Midori with lemon juice and simple syrup.

Jingle Juice
Ingredients
4 c. Cran-Apple Juice
2 bottles Red Moscato
1 bottle Red Prosecco
1/2 c. Vodka
2 c. Frozen Cranberries
1/3 c. Mint Leaves
1/2 c. Sugar, for rimming glasses
2 limes, sliced into rounds
1. Using a wedge of lime, wet the rim of the glasses. Dip in sugar until coated.
2. Combine all ingredients into a punch bowl, stir together and serve.

Winter Solstice Cocktail

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Orange Vodka
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur (Cointreau)
Club Soda, chilled
Ice cubes
1 mint leaf for garnish
1 raspberry for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and ice; shake well until combined. Strain into a chilled martini glass; add a glass of soda. Carefully fold leaf mint in half lengthwise and place the stem end into the opening of the raspberry. Float on top of cocktail and serve immediately.

Sugarplum Brandy Cider
This recipe from the Imbibe Test Kitchen offers a unique twist on mulled cider, and the cider-soaked orange pieces add a delicious surprise to every glass.
4 1/2–6 oz. Slivovitz plum brandy
24 oz. unsweetened apple cider
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
6–9 whole cloves
3–4 cinnamon sticks
Tools: large pot, ladle
Glass: mugs or punch cups
Combine ingredients in a large pot and warm over low heat for at least 30 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t boil. Ladle cider into cups, straining out spices or leaving them in, according to personal taste. Make sure each cup gets at least one cider-soaked orange section. Add an optional garnish of a sugarplum (traditionally, a round or disc-shaped candy). Serves 6.

Classic Brandy Alexander Drink Recipe

Mojito Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. light rum
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 lime
Mint Sprigs
(For an extra kick add a dash of dark rum)
Method:
Squeeze the lime juice into a large chilled glass, add mint and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Fill glass with crushed ice and pour in the rum.
Swizzle until the glass goes frosty.
Garnish with mint and serve with straws.

1 tsp. superfine sugar
3 mint leaves
2 oz. white rum
Club soda or seltzer
Collins glass
Directions:

2. Add the few mint leaves, mushing them against the side of the glass.
3. Fill glass 2/3 with cracked ice and pour in the rum.
4. Pitch in the squeezed-out lime shell and top off with club soda or seltzer.
