Ingredients:
8 sprigs of mint
1 tsp. sugar
Remy Martin Cognac
Garnish: 1 mint sprig
In a shaker, muddle the mint, sugar and a dash of water.
Add the cognac and fill with shaved ice.
Shake until frosted and pour (unstrained) into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
