Easy Beach Sling Cocktail

The Easy Beach Sling is a relaxing tropical drink recipe, perfect for a lazy summer afternoon.  An orange colored drink made from Clamato tomato cocktail, gin, triple sec, pineapple juice and lime, and served over ice in a sling glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Clamato Tomato Cocktail
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Lime Juice
Slice Lime for garnish
Wedge of Pineapple for garnish


Directions:

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a slice of lime and pineapple wedge.
