2 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
1/4 ounce Chambord
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serves 1.

1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Raspberry puree
1 part espresso
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Original, 1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao, 1 oz. Raspberry puree, and part room-temperature espresso.
Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with chocolate raspberry tuile.
2 ounces SKYY Infusions Grape
2 ounces Grapefruit Juice
2 ounces Grape Juice
1/2 ounce Club Soda
Red and Green Grapes Garnish
Place SKYY Infusions Grape and juices in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend.
Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with red and green grapes on a cocktail pick or toothpick.
Give warm apple cider a kick with bourbon. (Yields 20)
Ingredients
1 gallon fresh apple cider
5 tsp ground cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 c bourbon (see tip)
Directions
In a stockpot, heat apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
When mixture is hot but not boiling, remove from heat and add bourbon. Stir to distribute spices and divide cider among 20 mugs.

2 oz. Cherry Brandy
2 oz. Peach Schnapps
2 oz. DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps
2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
4 - 8 oz. Sprite soda (lemon-lime)
Layer the cherry brandy, peach schnapps and apple schnapps in a large hurricane glass.
Add sour mix on top, fill the remainder with Sprite soda and serve.
The Snowball Cocktail sounds like it ought to be a winter treat, but it's actually a chilly, blended drink that's terrific for summertime.
Ingredients
3 oz. 1921 Tequila Cream Liqueur
3 drops of Vanilla Extract
crushed ice
1 oz. evaporated skim milk
1/2 oz. Kahula
Cinnamon powder
Cinnamon stick
Pour all the ingredients - except the cinnamon powder into a blender.
Blend for about ten seconds.
Pour it into a wine glass or brandy snifter.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top and stick the cinnamon stick down in the glass for garnish.

Sweet vermouth on the rocks with a twist:
Fill a double old-fashioned cocktail glass with ice. Pour the vermouth, stir twist of lemon over the glass. Serve with the lemon twist as garnish.
In the movie, at first Phil orders a Jim Beam, ice, water and then to impress Rita when knowing she will order a vermouth on the rocks with a twist, he orders that too and tells her "It always makes me think of Rome, the way the sun hits the buildings in the afternoon."
