Groundhog Day

Punksutawney Phil has seen his shadow.  Six more weeks of winter.

Sweet vermouth on the rocks with a twist:

Fill a double old-fashioned cocktail glass with ice. Pour the vermouth, stir twist of lemon over the glass.  Serve with the lemon twist as garnish.

In the movie, at first Phil orders a Jim Beam, ice, water and then to impress Rita when knowing she will order a vermouth on the rocks with a twist, he orders that too and tells her "It always makes me think of Rome, the way the sun hits the buildings in the afternoon."

Rita:  Well, what should we drink to
Phil:   To the groundhog.
Rita:   I always drink to world peace
