Brandy Crusta Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz. Brandy
1 tsp. Orange Curacao Liqueur
1/2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Dash Bitters (Angostura, Campari, Amer Picon,...)

Slice a lemon in half.  Rub the rim of the Collins glass and dip into sugar to coat the edge.
Pare the circumference of each lemon's peel and add to the glass.
Shake brandy, lemon juice, orange liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with crushed ice and strain into the Collins glass.
Add an orange slice. Serve in a Collins glass.  No garnish.

Gin Genie

Master bartender Wayne Collins eye-catching Gin Genie won Drinks International's 2001 Cocktail Challenge. It's name comes from the David Bowie song "The Gene Genie".

Ingredients

1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
1 ounce Sloe Gin
1 ounce Gin
Crushed ice
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
8 mint leaves

In a highball glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves.
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup, stir well.
Add crushed ice and stir again.
Top with more crushed ice and stir again.

Lucky 13

1 1/2 parts Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
1/4 part Dekuyper Pomegranate Liqueur
1/4 part JDK & Sons 03 Premium Orange Liqueur
3 parts Pomegranate Juice
1 part Coconut Water
1/2 part Lemon Juice
1/4 tbsp. sugar (to rim glasses)
1 lime wedge for garnish
Pomegranate seeds

Preparation

Rim your glass by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping in sugar.
In a shaker filled with ice, combine pomegranate juice, coconut water, tequila, liqueurs and lemon juice.
Shake and pour into prepared glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

Arctic Grape Soda

The Arctic Grape Soda is a clear drink made from Bacardi Arctic Grape rum and lemon-lime soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz.Grape Rum (Bacardi Arctic Grape)
Lemon-Lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up)
1 wedge Lime

Directions

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add grape rum and fill with Sprite or 7-Up and stir
Garnish with a lime wedge.

The Spring Fling

2 oz. Jack Daniels Single Barrel Select
3 lemon wedges
3 sprigs fresh thyme
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 oz. honey syrup
1 oz. ginger beer

Directions 

Add two lemon wedges, 2 sprigs of rosemary and thyme to a shaker. 
Muddle to release oils from herbs and juice from lemons. 
Add honey syrup, Single Barrel Select, and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously to combine, strain over an ice filled copper mug, and top with ginger beer.
Garnish with lemon, rosemary and thyme.

Bunny Hop Cocktail

Ingredients:

1½ parts SVEDKA Cucumber Lime
¾ part fresh lime juice
¾ part simple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters
Dash Peychaud’s bitters

Directions:

Lightly muddle mint leaves in a Collins glass add remaining ingredients, and stir well. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig and straw.
