Bacardi O and Orange

The Bacardi O and Orange drink made from Bacardi O orange rum and orange juice, and served over ice in a highball glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Orange Rum
Orange Juice
1 slice orange

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add Bacardi O orange rum and fill with orange juice
Garnish with an orange slice.

Ingredients:

45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
10 ml (1/3 oz.) raspberry beverage
10 ml (1/3 oz.) grapefruit juice
Ice cubes
Sprig of mint

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients, except for the sprig of mint in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Mint Liqueur
1 oz. Coconut Cream
2 drops Angostura Bitters
2 oz. Coconut Water
3 mint leaves
Ice

In a blender whirl 1/2 oz. clear Rum, 1/2 oz. mint liqueur, 1 oz. coconut cream, 3 mint leaves, 2 drops of Angostura bitters, 2 oz. coconut water, and some ice.  Process until smooth and serve.

1/2 tsp. Sugar
Club Soda/Carbonated Water or Ginger Ale

Garnish: Orange Spiral or Lemon Twist

Instructions:

Add sugar and stir.

2 oz. SKYY Vodka
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Crème de Violette
1/2 oz. Elderflower Liquor
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Soda Water

Shake all ingredients except soda water and strain over ice.
Top with soda.  Garnish with a lemon wheel.
