Jelly Bean Martini

Ingredients:


1 ounce jelly bean-infused vodka✳
3 ounces champagne
1 lemon wedge

Directions:


Pour the vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake to chill.
Add the Champagne, and squeeze the lemon wedge into the shaker.
Stir gently, and strain into a glass.

✳To make jelly bean-infused vodka, place 1/2 cup of vodka and 1/4 cup of jelly beans in a glass jar for about 48 hours.  Strain.  Makes 4 ounces.  (Use 1 color of jelly beans for best results.)
