2 oz. White Rum
5 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 pinch Nutmeg
Method: Prepare in a shaker.
1. Measure a highball glass full of crushed ice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ingredients and shake well.
3. Pour back into glass and grate some nutmeg on top.
4. Garnish with a cherry or pineapple chunk if desired.
