Summer Solstice

1 1/2 oz. Belvedere Pink Grapefruit Vodka
1 oz. fresh orange juice
3/4 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Pink grapefruit wheel for garnish.
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit juice, strained

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Top with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a bucket glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with the grapefruit wheel.
